CANCELLATIONS:
Any appointment cancelled/rescheduled less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the service total or loss of deposit.

NO-SHOWS:
If you do not show up to your appointment and no contact was made to your provider to cancel, you will be responsible for the ENTIRE BALANCE of your service total.

Please note that if you opt to pay the full amount of your service upon booking, only 50% of the balance is eligible for service credit per discretion of management if cancelled/rescheduled BEFORE 48 hours.
